The information above is incorrect.
It is version 1.0.8 for 10.6 and higher when you download from the link. It requires a serial entry.
Anybody have a link to the final universal binary version please? There doesn't appear to be a legacy link on the author's site.

MacUpdate admins: past time to update this entry. The App Store shows 1.0.8 having been there since 26-Jan-2011. The price is $9.99 (not $4.99) nor is it FREE any longer.

I think it is a fun little set of games. But, of course, I have played Pangea games for almost a decade, and still have a copy of CroMag Rally.
Best yet, it's free. App Store installed it just fine.
